As much as i like HID's, without projectors, they are way to blinding for the other poor drivers on the road. Dont feel like being the ass responsible for causing an accident because im blinding everyone else coming the other way.
There have been many cars utilizing HID's without projector setups. The GMT800 Excalades, 2nd Generation G35's, etc. have all done it. Aiming appropriately matters a lot and is often something overlooked by a lot of those that upgrade to HID's from halogens.

Really?
They are still reflectors and not projectors. I've never had a single person flash me in any vehicle that I've retrofitted with HID's. If one is careful, and diligent about making them work out, they usually do.

It looks like the GMT-900 trucks is a lot easier... no soldering involved.I did this to my Tahoe. It's easy, Carl. Do it.
