I have this mod...Its nice to have up here where its dark 14hr out of the day...oh and the a$$holes with their hibeams on get a rude awakening too.:thumbs:

Oh and All the 99-02 GMT 800s are like this Scottyboy has same mod (done in a different spot though)

This is true. I did mine underneath the fuse panel in the engine compartment. Its neater that way, you can't see any splices once the fuse box is mounted back in place. :thumbs: This was actually like the first mod I did on my truck. I did this way back in 2006 "before it was cool". :lol:

Do you know if this would work for my wife's '97 Venture? The headlights flat out suck

I have absolutely no clue. None whatsoever. Wiring is not something that my brain likes, I just followed directions to do this. :lol:

You could always try, it's not that hard, or hard to un-do should it not work. :dunno:

If I remember right, the Venture runs a dual headlamp system... High and low are in the same bulb... You'll burn your lights out at a much higher pace, if not damage your headlight housings.
