How do you tell if its high flow or not? Should i replace my o2 sensors also? I can get everything from the exhaust manifolds to the exhaust gasket that goes after cat but before muffler joint.

Standard cats flow way MORE than your engine ever will. There is no need to spend money on high flow cats. Unless a cat is bad and clogged, you are fine using the stock one.

They do help you pass emissions tests ( if you dont have cats....... )and being that they are smaller than factory cats... can help with tight exhaust situations.. I had em on my silverado... nothing special.. and they look alot cleaner than the factory cats! But all cats are high flow... they are straight through.. just have packing so to speak on the outside walls that get hot and burn up the excess fumes!

You should absolutely run cats. There's no need for anything special but not running cats is just dumb and irresponsible. They serve a very valuable purpose. Your kids will thank you for not purposefully ruining their environment and their health.
