lets here your thoughts on them

personally i only get things there that i dont care if it breaks after i use it.

main things ive gotten there are my corded variable speed drill and sawzall both under 20 each and have done work worth more than that. both exceeded my expectations for them.

other than those ive gotten a cheap magnet tray and some deep well impact (metric) sockets and those have been used a good amount as well as regular deep sockets since they have the large sizes (19-24mm) i need

how about you :dunno:

I have a trim router from HF that I bought 6 years ago, I have used it heavily and it still works like new.

I have bought a lot of Harbor Freight tools, and I planed on them failing, problem is, they haven't.... 2 Engine stands, 1 Engine hoist, 4" grinder, welding supplies, welding cart, 30" steel chop saw, and a host of other thing's, I'm forgetting, all of it works great!!

I have assorted hand tools I've bought from them that have held up pretty well. I've also got a drill press that I bought from them recently that doesn't seem too bad, and a pancake compressor that's about 6 years old and still works fine.

Oh, and I bought a 4x8' folding trailer from them 6 years ago that I loaded with 1,500lbs of tools and hauled to Idaho and back. It's now on its second set of tires and still going strong.

I have bought quite a few things there. I have a set of their deep impact sockets in both metric and standard that work pretty well. 1/2" breaker bar works fine, couple months ago we had a long cheater on it with 3 guys leaning on it and it held up. I don't have the link right now but I read a review of their 1/2" torque wrench compared to several other more expensive options seeing which one would stay correctly calibrated the longest and the HF was actually the closest at the end of the test.

Their stationary band saw get's pretty good reviews if you do a little work to true it up and use quality blades. Most guys also end up building a new stand for it as the one that comes with it is somewhat flimsy.
