The winch is going to be spring loaded with a spike. So you can shoot cars, pull them back to you, and devour them!

I'm thinking hidden winch mount that doubles as a BBQ grille when needed?

I do think it is a new winch because if you look in the "before" pic, the top of the winch isn't visible like in the new pics. Also in the new pics, it looks as if the winch sticks out a bit farther than what the face of the bumper did.

Same winch, I think he just needed something else to cut on so he took that section out.
