I haven't manually calculated mine in awhile but the DIC hovers around 15-16mpg.

Short commutes, heavy tires, and heavy ass 20's so probably not bad.

Hell mine say 23. I treat it like a woman. I look at it but don't really pay that much attention to what is saying.

I don't know if I'll ever accomplish this again or not because it sure was boring doing so. I averaged 14.6 MPG on the last tank of gas. That's almost 2 1/2 more MPG than I normally get. Keeping the damn rpm's at or below 2K just doesn't cut it. :lol:

Mine

1964 GMC 350/th350. 3.08 rear gears. = 9 mpg in town ?? highway
1996 Chevy tahoe 5.7L 4x4 with 285k miles on it = 12-14 mpg in town 16 mpg highway

Hmm never posted in this thread.

2006 Silvy Z71 5.3 3.73 gears. Crappy Goodyear Wranglers (LE 20's until I got the truck, 17's now)

16.1 Lifetime average.
18.5 best highway.
18 Colorado road trip.
15 DD.

I'll update when I get 10 ply tires...
