Averaged 14mpg when I bought it, 15mpg after a few tanks of my light foot driving, now I average 15.3 - 17.2 with exhaust, custom tune ( 93 octane ), 40PSI, and light driving. 18.4 was my average highway at 70mph, and I do not know what it is now since I haven't driven highway in awhile.

Heheh, around 11 mpg +/- around town thanks to Justin. Used to consistently be right below 10 mpg before the tune. Highway is now estimated to be in the 16 mpg range guesstimating from the fuel gage (not gauge ) readout (versus 15.5 before). It's not as thrifty as the newer LS-based Vortecs, unfortunately.

Haven't put but 300 miles on mine just yet but the DIC for in town driving is showing 13.9 MPG.

I average 12.4 - 12.6 over the last year with city driving.

If I keep my foot out of the throttle, I average somewhere in the 13's with about 50/50 city/hwy driving. Otherwise 12's aren't uncommon (especially now that it's tuned!).

Basically, I don't really care.

Since I got the truck new (just going on 27k) I have averaged 18.4 mpg. My last tank with 89 had me right at 20.2 mpg hand calculated. I would say I drive 50/50 highway/city. Man, I just love my AFM (subtle poke at Jeff's ultimate hatred of AFM)

Last tank..filled up on Monday. Was 17.3 with a 60 city / 40 hwy split. Usually get almost 19 on the hwy. But I have to keep it below 75. Get above that and it goes down.

Oh yeah, 08 tundy crewmax...need to add that to my sig.
