I am sure the Ford boys will jump in with some input, but I can echo what has already been said. I had a friend with one in his '03 Motorhome chassis. He finally sold it after the 2nd set of heads in 70,000 miles. They get about 4 mpg loaded.

My old boss had an '05 CCSB KR F350 with the V10, and averaged 9.8. Driving an almost identical route to work in my truck, I averaged 16.
