Long term, 4l80. There's only small handful of guys on PT.net making real power thru a fully built 4l6x. Like 600+. FLT says they wouldn't run theirs in a truck over 500rwhp.

Tomorrow night I'm going to pull the timing cover since my Dad (who will be my extra set of hands again) wants to get a better idea of what's in there. :lol: It'll probably be installed Friday night or Saturday, most likely Saturday.

And there might be an unplanned surprise coming in the next few weeks... :ninja:

Even their new Lvl 7? I thought there was an s-10 running their lvl 7 around 1000hp? :dunno:

And I won't be touching that for a WHILE.

From reading some more stuff, I don't think I'm going to need the billet output shaft. I'd rather save the money and put it towards a 80e swap in the future.
