I thought if it was pulling in one direction, you would supposed to bang it into a curb until it didn't pull in that direction anymore? Repeat for the other side if you banged the first one too much??

Same here, won't align unless a suspension geometry modification occurs, or improper tire wear. About to do ball joints on the truck, planning to get an alignment from the place ( Jack Williams Tire Co. ) and going to try their lifetime tire deal since I bought my new tires awaiting installment from them. Hoping all should be good.
