what would you use to clean up the headlights my suck really yellowing bad i have the composite head lamps on my 91 chevy

Disregard it being in hover-mode, that's probably a bit more than you're looking to spend. :D

Looks more gooder. I just like it that way because the top is all white, and the bottom is all amber. No mixing of colors.

Another vote for polishing the existing headlights. Looks good!

Plain white compound and a damp rag works better than you would expect. Try it!

But could i make the turn singles white by chance? or would that look bad

Like I said before, somebody makes bulbs that are chrome when unlit, and amber when lit. If you get those, I'd put them in the DRLs too, for the aforementioned reasons.
