Did some work again today. Cleaned the brakes and drums, threw in some new hardware, axles seals and lubed up the backing plates, installed and setup the drums. Took a tough mother of a wire wheel on the grinder to them and gave them a thick coat of Rustoleum gloss black. I also installed the new park cables.

I cleaned up the rear wheels and painted them too along with the wheel nut flanges.

Tomorrow I will have new front rotors and Rf brake hose (and the one rear) u-joints and water pump to do. Whew!

I will use that same high gloss when I get the new fuel tank mounts and do the whole rear frame!

I swapped the axles side to side, In a moment there I thought it would even the wear out on the splines.

Installed new front rotors, and painted them. tried breaking loose the bolts for rear sway bar bushings and broke them all, will replace Rf brake hose here soon. Then possibly do the rear hose as well. we`ll see how it goes.

I`m hoping to get this POS done this weekend. I have put insurance on it and will get it inspected next week. Then it will terrorize the Northern roadways.

List to do.
Front sway bar bushings, and rear, plus links.
Rear brake hose, a flush fluid. (already flushed front fluid)
2 U-joints
Front tires
Fuel tank mounts, tanks and sending units
Rag Joint and Seal on PS box
Mother fucking water pump.

Doing the pump is a PITA, have to pull front cover...
