Well I am thinking about PTMing a few things, so what do y'all think ?

Here's the First Thing Running Boards
Here are the Choices:
1. PTM Line-x Them
2. PTM Them
3. Black Line-X
4. Leave em' Alone

I think I will check out how much it is to PTM Line-X them but I may just PTM them myself first to see how they look, because I know its not gonna be cheap for PTM Line-X. Our local dealer wanted $625 over rail for my bed

SO vote and let me know what y'all think

Here's A Pic:

I'll get some more pics of the rails up close tomorrow

Closer pics of steps! I'm unsure of their texture, if any. That would make a huge difference. Are they plastic? Do they have the same texture as the bed rails? Are they smooth?

Nonetheless, the answer from me is Line-X PTM. If too expensive then it would depend on their texture.

They are metal, with plastic caps on the top, They are similar to your 07 steps my buddy has the chrome ones like yours, they just have a black color donno if its Powdercoat or paint :dunno:

I would go for line-x either black or PTM, but most painted running boards always need touching up frequently unless they were prepped and painted properly, and line-x would be much more durable

I'd really only recommend painting them if you have access to a sandblaster. Which reminds me to post up my painted running boards over here...

Black powdercoat your nerf bars. Since your gong with blackish wheels, it will only help look better.
