Buying a Harley

so i decided to get a bike. i am looking at 2. a Fatboy or a V rod muscle. i am trying to decide so heres where i need your stories.

1. this will be a DD and my weekend cruiser.
2. i could have a passenger
3. i am not into racing on 2 wheels on the streets.

I like the looks of the Vrod, but wouldn't the Fatboy be a better longer distance bike?

If you're gonna have a passenger at all, get the Fatboy. The Vrod just doesn't look comfortable at all for a passenger for any length of time.

Fatboy for cruising but it's hard to pass on the lines of the V-rod.
