James, it may take a little while but it's worth the wait. Justin runs a very small shop to be able to keep pricing down on their products and services so sometimes, there's a little bit of a wait because of that. I can tell you, A LOT of us have used them and we've all been pleased with the outcome.
Most everyone I know recommends BBP over any other tuner out there. Just be patient and make sure not to send multiple emails or your requests get moved to the back of the line by their queuing system.
Remember, this is service that must be performed, not some cheap Chinese junk you order online and have shipped to your door in 24 hours. You'll hear from them soon enough.
