This is all true. I like the Vortec head idea best before you get to giggle juice. Even the nice camel humps are old school these days and sure not the elite like they used to be. GO Vortec heads. JMO, but I also am not a big fan of NOS. Seems to really shorten the longevity of a motor, and I like longevity. I do prefer all motor, but I have thought about trying the juice just to do something new. I actually have a little logo, many probably won't like.

I use to be the same way. But then I tried it. I don't recommend trying it if you don't want to keep it up.

Crap, I would spray mine loading it on and off the trailer if I could:lol:

I understand that view, but when you try to build a car that can have good street manners and be fast on the track NOS is about the best way to accomplish this.

The torque a nitrous motor makes is UNREAL!! It is pure addiction!

And that is addiction is one thing I am certainly afraid of. I'd be like you. I'd want to squeeze it just to scoot forward in the drive thru line at Taco Bell. I lack self discipline badly when I have power !!!

So far I haven't sprayed my Nova. We have been running an NX kit on my dad's 69 Camaro for about 7-8 seasons now and it is a blast. My car isn't exactly slow on the motor, but it feels like I am driving my truck after I make a couple 9.9X passes in the Camaro.

I will knock on wood, but we have yet to melt anything with spray. Dad's current motor has 4 seasons on it and it just keeps running better.:fingersx:
