High speed low drag.
Just found two problems when taking it apart and putting it back together-1-they had flywheel on wrong anf the waterpump shafts seal was broke which in turn bent the pully. 2-They had used a 454 waterpump pully and lucky i had a spare 454 pully just like it(1/2inch smaller than stock 350). Did also notice the balancer pully was underdriven also-stock 350 is 7 3/4 and this one is 6 1/2---so thats good.

The engine is a 350---480lift-288duration 110lobe 2200-6200,1.5 longslot rockers-weiland intake good up to 6800-going to have electric fan and fuel pump-hei with a super coil and weight set an timing will be at 16degrees intial-headers with duals to flow master mufflers-600 eldrbrock carb.-double roll chain-car balancer to help it wined out faster-underdriven balancer pully an waterpump pully-gap sparkplugs 5 over(35-to 40) had 180 psi on compression test-new waterpump an starter and plugs and plug wires...its going in a 63 chevy stepside with 373gears.

I was'nt going to paint it you think it rust up if i don't? I know that sounds like a dumb question...Crap don't know what i was thinking it will rust. Was'nt thinking it would.SWEET!

Think it will rust up??? I know it will !!! Get some paint on it. IF you like that unpainted look, they also sell that color in hi temp. Machines shops use it alot to primary coat heads after a valve job.
