Are you going to do full steel body?

Your starting point is rougher than mine but they are solid trucks. I think a hot small block would be awesome.

Oh and I like your hood ornament...mines different but I wouldnt take it off for anything. They actually look good on these trucks

That looks like a solid truck! Once finished, that will be a nice ride. I also agree on a hopped up SBC would be right at home under the hood.

Looks like somebody has done some body part swapping at some point. Most likely to replace dented sheetmetal with good stuff. There is so much metal in those trucks, that they can be massaged into laser straight beauties! You need to take a lot of pictures and post the progress. :thumbs:

I wanted to go fiberglass on the front end and doors but i already have the new fender so I guess I'll go steel.

66.....no problem, gotta comment on a cool car when I see one!
