I could help you on carbed motors but I have let the technology pass me up, I would be of no help with these newer engines. I can twist the hell out of a wrench but I don't know what fits what anymore.

+1. Pat G is the MAN when it comes to LS cams. He wants trucks to have TQ. He works (or worked) for Thunder Racing and spec'd all of their cams, and I think was the first to hit 500rwhp in a naturally aspirated stock displacement LS1. $25 would be well worth it.
I thought that was a 383 that went 500rwhp? maybe im thinking of a different car. anywho, I agree with these guys, bigger isn't always better in a heavy truck.

Like others have said, I wouldn't bother just putting a 6.0L cam in your truck, find one that fits your needs. Also, be sure to mention if you plan on putting on other mods, so that can be accounted for in the cam build.
