Well guys, it was sold a few minutes after I walked around it on Saturday, so that car is now out of the question . I know I probably would have preferred the LS1 performance for sure but I just tinkered the thought since the car was really affordable. Oh well. Back to my original goal.

But since the Camaro was gone I seen they had this with the pre-owned trucks.

2007 Lariat Supercrew 5'5 with chrome pkg. not too bad. gorgeous black leather interior, digital A/C, moon roof, all the crap I wish my truck had. 78k miles, $22k tag. For kicks they took my truck up & down the road for appraisal and I test drove this Lariat. I hate my truck more every time I drive a nice optioned up one. They said my 04 as is ( all mods ) with its 108k miles, $10,5k trade in, with a $3000 down pay it would have almost been an $11k difference, almost considerable, though it is not the truck I want, I hate chrome and want the 6'5 bed. Interesting numbers though, had it had 30k less miles I may have thought more into it because the parts about it I dislike are easily fixable with some paint.

Yes. I'm planning on a DD then newer truck soon after so I'm looking at both car and trucks but a car purchase is first.

Hmm I am surprised. I love the 4th gen the most out of the F-body time line, but the '98 - '02 Trans Am WS6 the most. I am surprised at the feedback so far. I actually really like its looks, but performance is another thing. I don't need it per say, but it still would be cool to have, I do miss that LS1.

My research avgs $4500 - $8000 being avg costs for V6 late model 4th gens, determining on condition and mileage. This is semi-high mile-aged and in Good condition, couple scratches plus the bumper & headlamp thing.

Yeah, its a sharp car, but is the V6 (which isn't all that bad) and an Auto (5spd = more fun).

A Malibu would be a much better vehicle for hauling people/stuff. This will have higher insurance too.

Plus, it seems like its too cheap to me.

Insurance would probably be high for a 10yr old V6 Camaro? Dang, can't ever win, its not like it is a 2010 SS . I would prefer automatic for a general daily scooter.

A brand new Corvette is cheaper on insurance than my Blazer was :dunno:
