You should be able to find one in Mechanicsville, Va. That's where they all live.

Dave, you went to school for this, you should be able to fix it. What gets me is you said it stops using coolant after 1.5qts then what's the problem? Are you over filling it and the 1.5qts is what it is purging? The fact that you say it stops using coolant doesn't make sense. Either it is or it isn't.

Antifreeze smell out the exhaust? Are you sure? Is there white smoke?

Start by pulling the intake and inspecting the gasket area. If you are getting white smoke out the exhaust it is an issue and the intake would be the first thing to look at. If there are no signs of leaks then next is the head gaskets.

Yes 1.5 quarts of water or half gallon of antifreeze.

I thought about starting with engine belt, radiator cap and hoses first. Then water pump cause it might have a internal leak in it.

Why do you even post questions to this forum? We all tell you the #1 reason for the issues you are experiencing and you decide to do things no one even suggested.

An internal leak in the water pump would be water leaking into water.

This is just a repeat of your rear end problem thread.

Broken cam sensor wires was the cause of that.
