Another thing to think about is this might be a closed fuel system with no return lines. I can't remember which generations this would be for but not only is there a FPR on the fuel rail but also a Fuel pressure Dampener that is mounted to the fuel pump assembly inside the tank.

Can you check your fuel pressure?
I will check fuel pressure in the morning .
Didn't know that they might have a Fuel pressure Dampener ??
I've never seen a NOID light light up so bright before though .
I wouldn't think CTS would matter on a cold start ( altho that has been checked) Trying to rule out everything .
I hate not being able to figure out the problem after 2 days of messing with something![]()
