We don't ride to provide a good story for the rice
From this angle it looks perfect for a regular-cab.
I like the strong look of the reg-cab duallies, makes me remember when some GMC 3500HD's were used as ambulance in Brazil (but believe me, they were usually fitted either with a 4cyl 4.1L Iochpe-Maxion or a straight-6 4.2L MWM turbodiesels).
