Sorry about your buddy's truck, but that does look good 
Finally home for a few days, didn't get much done but I did manage to start tearing apart the bed. The bolts are a bitch but none of them beat me.
Dumped a metric shit-ton of money today and bought an entire Porterbuilt suspension for the truck. Should ship sometime in April, but the Baer brake kits I will pickup from the vendor at our show in a couple of weeks. Also grabbed a bolt on body drop kit, it only lowers the body 3/4" but every little bit helps when your trying to lay out.

2 1/2" drop spindles, hubs, tubular control arms that are 1" narrower than stock and pushed forward to center the front wheel in the wheel opening.

Inner Frame Structure, will act to stiffen the frame, trans mount and trailing arm mount all tied together.

You know Jarrod...the only thing that's going to make me cry with this build is the fact that this beautiful thing of art is going to be dragging the ground.
