Just for a small update: I'll be calling Fox Acoustics (sub box company) to check on my order.

I ordered it on the 6th and got a shipment 'notification' the same day. Just a notification, though--no shipping info. A week passed by with no word so I sent them an email like their website recommends.

Another week passed by with no reply so I called them last Tuesday. They said a batch of F150 boxes had just been finished and would ship out the next morning (last Wednesday) at the latest.

Well another week has passed by with no word. It may be FedEx being slow to update tracking info, but it would be courteous to send at least an email explaining to the customer that it is taking longer than expected. Three weeks with no contact and the customer has to initiate it? That's poor customer service IMHO.

I'm calling them this afternoon to see what the hell is going on. I'll post an update later when I find out what's happening. If it's going to be much longer then I may just cancel the order and pick up a regular carpeted box from Supercrewsound.com.

I've had trouble with ordering things online too. i order a textbook on the 6th and although it was shipped from AK, i had no tracking number to track it with. luckily, my best friends dad works for the postal service, and he was generous enough to track its location. as of 7:39am CT, it's here. luckily my class got cancelled so i lucked out of not having it for class. (mind this would have been the 3rd time not having it for class).

Yep yep. Update:

I called Fox Acoustics a few minutes ago and they said the boxes were shipping out this afternoon. We'll see how that goes--he said I should be able to check my tracking info by 5pm.

If I don't see anything by tomorrow morning I'll call and am about 85% sure I'll cancel the order. I'm getting frustrated.

The thing was...I was trying to save time since school just started back up. Didn't work out too well....
