06 F150 Aux Stereo Input

the AUX input on the top of the Dash is in the 07-08 F150s only
i dont know how hard it would be to put it in the 04-06 one though :dunno:

Okay thanks! Odd that they put the button on there, with no actual input. Makes no sense.

The "MP3" label and "Folder" buttons must be for CDs I guess

correct if you make a cd with track names and such it should display it on the Radio screen

Gotcha, thanks again! I will search out an input for it, so I can hang one of my MP3 players in there. Hopefully there is an input on the rear like GM has.

Just because the aux button is on the stereo doesn't mean you actually have it. A lot of times that aux was for satellite radio. My 06 had the button but no actual aux input.

Theres kits you can get that will let you put in a aux input though

i just looked around and on the web site it says the Isimple has been discontinued so either E-bay or His other option is the link i posted above in post 14

Interesting didn't know that... I got mine for $75 on Amazon and installed myself.. Best Buy wanted $75 for iSimple and $75 for install... :wtf:

Got it! I will search one out, thanks guys. The link did help me find a cool interface for my Chevy that I hadn't seen before :jester:
