From what I've been reading (test drives and such), people are getting higher than the EPA ratings for both city and highway driving. Only time will tell.

Baby steps....agreed. I would have liked to see more mileage, too, though. Taking into consideration it's a V6 doing what the V8s can do, it's impressive. To me (IMO) it was just hyped up more than it should have been. At least it is a step in the right direction. :thumbs:

Do you not consider the 5.3L a "big boy V8"? :dunno: I sure do...just like I consider Ford's 5.4L a big boy V8. I'm not ashamed to admit that it seems like the EcoBoost is better than the 5.4L that I currently have. I think a better comparison for GMs 6.2L is Fords new 6.2L, which I haven't...

Why not impressed? When comparing the 3.5L (213 CID) against a 6.2L (379 CID), it's pretty much comparing two different animals. Like Michael mentioned, also, the 6.2L is for more of a niche market---it's not the top-selling V8 from GM. Either way, I think the idea is to show that a small TT...

I have the Z110BT, which is the older version of the Z120BT. Any idea why the newer model is cheaper? I was going to recommend checking out the P3200BT earlier, but forgot to post before I fell asleep. I personally like the looks of it better since it doesn't have a giant knob...

Yeah if I had the extra money I'd probably have bought more sensors. The audio sensors for glass breaking, as you mentioned. The tilt sensor to prevent wheel theft or towing. Would also add a few more shock sensors around the truck so I can turn down the sensitivity. The back-up battery is...

Same as most---found it the same day I went looking. My prior vehicle was purchased at Carmax, so they gave me a great deal on a trade-in. They had a few different makes on the lot, and after trying a few I settled on the 150. Not a big brand guy---the FX4 Luxury package was hard to pass up...

Whatever crew they use to track this stuff is doing work. They even busted a small-time company (ran by husband and wife) for doing custom FX4 decals and F-150 inlays (little stickers that go in the badges). Now us F150 guys have a hard time customizing those things. Completely different...

Which kits do they install, though?
