**UPDATE**

Got all the wiring figured out finally. Had a few issues with the ground repair on the blower motor but its fixed. As far as the pictures of the wiring under the dash it still looks kind of rat nested but at least this time zip ties were used instead of wrapping it all in an electrical tape ball.
I then installed the backing plate/reinforcement plate as well as the knee bolster. The knee bolster was net painted but just cleaned and installed. Reason being it I noticed a few holes from where accessories were once installed. Also during cleaning I cracked it using excess pressure on the brush. It’s hardly noticeable (lower left of the ac vent about one inch from the screw) but the repair can wait for another day since this piece is easily removable.
I went ahead and installed the glove box. Looks ten times better than before.
This is my stopping point for that day.

Started masking off and then painted the instrument cluster bezel. Yes it was a pain to mask, especially around the rounded corners.
Painted
30 min later the dye is dry and masking tape was removed. I think it turned out fairly well.
Now for the fun stuff, THE AC VENTS!

The old vents I had were worn out. I got new ones but they were tan. So I tore them both apart piece by piece then painted/assembled/installed all three vents in the bezel.
Stopping Point: The semi complete bezel with “new/old” light switch and vents, dome override button on mine was worn out.
All that’s left now is to install the cup holder, the bezel and paint the ashtray/cig lighter/ power point thing.
