its just split between 3 levels, so the main floor isnt as roomy, but the downstairs is a recreational room with 10 ft ceilings and its own deck as well. Its a gorgeous place, but theres zero yard front or back and limited parking. The view is nice, its up on a hill and overlooks everything. But for $424k, it should have more then that...

mine is a little over 1500 sq ft... but it's all on one level.
It is on a corner and I also own the lot behind the house.
House faces one street... the drive way comes into the garage from the other street and the garage is made onto the back of the house.

My problem is i want it all for my first place. I'm only 23 and im basically trying for an ultra modern house as well to fit my truck, so far its seeming to be a very difficult task.

When I was looking, just about "everything" had a sub-19 ft garage. I kept telling the real estate agent that if the truck didn't fit, I wasn't buying it. She kept telling me I'd probably have to build a custom home to get a garage big enough for the truck. "Nothing is that big anymore!"

So, *I* went online and looked at the specs on house after house after house.. And I found this place with a garage that's big enough.. 19 ft on the short side, 23 ft on the long side.. 19 ft wide. AND I didn't have to blow my budget the way the real estate agent kept "telling me" I would have to do... :pfingers: to her..

Keep looking. The right place will turn up for you!

LOL, that made me burst out laughing. No no, i love my gf and they do have a point, how much am i willing to give up to keep a truck that i dont really NEED?...

Trust me, im going everything in my power and holding out as long as i can to find some place that fits this truck, not going down without a fight!

Also, gf in question to get rid of:

Ton's of homes over here in Texas and cheaper than what your looking at plus for what they want up there you could get some land to open a dealership of trucks like yours. With respect your girl friend is cute.

lol no, just a brother, sorry buddy! And thanks GMC

And yea, house prices most places are cheaper, BC canada is a very expensive place to live. Put that same place in vancouver and it be over a million for it.

On a more positive note though, i took the truck to the track today and got a new personal best of 15.09 @ 93.95 mph. Not bad for a 99% stock truck besides a muffler
