Spent about 2hrs at the shop this morning and tore into it more. Got both valve covers off the intake manifold off and the Hpop and injectors out. Wanted to get the heads off but ran out of time. I'm less worried about then now as I found a rebuilder that takes them no matter what shape or cracked as cores.
Lots of water in the intake and the intake ports 6 out of 8 cylinders were full of water. Driver side valve cover was covered in gunk but the oil rails injectors and Hpop all still had good oil in them and the Hpop and cover were clean as was the passenger side valve cover.
Next up is to start selling some parts and get new ones. Current turbo is probably already sold also once I swap the powermax on next Saturday.

Arp studs

Replace worn seals etc while cab is up
Possibly doing more fuel system work and fuel bowl delete

the injectors, regulated return with hardlines and fuel bowl delete should be ordered on monday trying to line up a dyno soon in the houston area that i can get a base line on since the last attempt failed.
