They're both great, but if you're looking for a cheap one, I'd say the Eguus 3030

I bought an Actron 3 or so years ago. I've only used it a few times, but it's a nice unit. It has has been discontinued now, but it was ~$125. :dunno:

I've been looking at the Equus 3120...supposedly it reads OBD1 as well as 2...
