Good idea to stick with the 4.88 gears. It limits the stress on the driveline even though your gas mileage is sucking turning those high RPM's on the highway.

Ha, I stated the rep suggested I leave it in case it was something else that could be covered under warranty. Just busting balls Tobias, you know I value your advice. I really thought you were making that suggestion just to be a ballbuster to make me second guess my decision to leave it there.

Not at all. I was actually replying to say NOT to drive it the 30 miles as you suggested. I thought the flatbed would prevent further damage.
