Pete just read all the thread it's awesome now im not much of a Ford man now is the 5.0 the same motor that came on Mustangs and didn't you put better heads and cam? Spray paint your hood for now with cans I bet it would look better keep up the good work and letting us know whats going on. I'm thinking when you put the bigger injectors and tuned it's going to fly or get after it much better.

My little brother just sold his S-10 that had a LS engine in it she sounded awesome and was fast. He still has his other truck that ran a 9.3 it's called SPIKE on you-tube. Can't wait to hear your truck with a full exhaust I bet it's going to sound nice and put some cars to shame.

an S-10 with an LS sounds like a lot of fun! once I get all the bugs worked out and get the exhaust and everything else buttoned up I can't wait to take it to the drag strip and see what it can do, I doubt people will expect much from a ranger with offroad lights on it, they'll be in for a surprise!

I helped a brother stuff a 350 into a Luv. That thing was scary fast.

I figured out why the charging system didn't work, turns out the new alternator I put in it was defective!

It was a reman. they gave me a free replacement, the bad one blew a fuse in the power distribution box, replaced that and put the new alternator in and it works great now, drove it around a bunch today and man is it fast! With proper tuning it's prob got another 40hp in it at least

I would hope so with all the parts you have in it.
I imagine it's fun to drive after sitting so long.
