What did you do to your truck today?

Just drove my truck to work.

I did wash my work truck, though. I think it is the first time since I got it a year and a half ago. Looks almost new!

Why did you do that....you'll just have another coat of dust on it again tomorrow.

True, but it was still caked with mud/salt from this spring; and I left the truck and a trailer sitting in a pasture last week while I took a UTV to a site, and when I got back there were cows hanging around rubbing and licking on it so it REALLY looked like crap. I guess it has deserved a bath for 18 months of nearly trouble free service.

Gave my mom the keys to it to drive it 750 miles back to nm from ks.

Finally changed the oil in it after having the oil and filter in the back seat since the 3rd.

Changed the oil. All 15qts of it.
Took front centercaps off and tested manual hubs (worked great)
Found out the factory keypad code for the doors and that the battery on the keypad is probably dead
Found out the ac was very overcharged and had it drained and recharged so it's blowing cold now

Now I'm about to have it tinted. Thinking 15/1 but idk if I'll be able to get away with it without the fiancé catching me and telling me to do 20 upfront (more legalish than 15)

It's a ford keypad but wasnt factory installed but done at the dealer after and the parts guy I asked about a new one said they have a battery and it could be dead
