What did you do to your truck today?

I just looked at it, and I can't wait for the center cap I ordered to get here. The damn thing just looks f'ed up without it.

Get a rattle can of silver spray and paint the hub for now. It'll still be missing the center cap but won't look quite as bad.

I should get the cap tomorrow. I'll just try and refrain myself from looking at it until then.

Washed it. Thought about taking off the running boards but 40 minutes later I hadn't even gotten one side off so i stopped. There was like 20 + rusted screws on each side and I snapped the head off one. They will come off once I get it on a lift at work.

Finally got it washed up and looking presentable again.

Rolled over 120k yesterday. Also hauled my buddies 80's station wagon back home. Used the truck to pull it backwards with stuck brakes up a hill. Should have used 4-Lo. No wheel spin and we didn't break anything on the truck (was only worried about the front air dam). Then used a come-a-long to get it on the trailer. It started to rain just as we got out of the truck to start pulling it on the trailer. Then it stopped raining just as we got home. Figures!

Today, drove it to work and home.


It looks like shit. Hopefully I'll have time to wash it tomorrow. I can't stand it!!!!
