Do it man, its worth it. Just make sure they don't do the entire thing if you don't want the rest of the textured mirror painted also. Otherwise take the mirrors in lol. Its a nice feeling with PTM caps I think, I felt happy with my mis-colored ones even. Makes it feel a touch more classy. Seeing them from inside is a little cool too. Ask Shanks.

I like the Overlays too... Is that a Steering wheel overlay as well? Makes a big difference inside the truck

Thanks man, yep that is a steering wheel overlay. I didn't even opt for one nor wanted it. Guess its cool I got it as a freebie. I'm thankful I was able to get the exact overlays I wanted. Black with PTM fonts OEM Ford font

That's pretty cool man.. I love having mine inside... Would feel out of place if I had PTM ones every else besides the steering wheel which you look at the most!

Yeah I think I'll mask and sand them done myself. I think I can do it, I'm not 100% feeling having them painted on the bottom like that. A little all purpose cleaner, and Some Adam's SVRT I think I could get mine looking great!

I'm currently getting the bolts & nuts to mount the 06/08 on. Ford dealer wants $64 for it all..... OEM bolts & nuts.. Tasca wants $30 some and I have a couple extra parts added which totals out $50 some so I will get all of that real soon. As soon as I can mount it and verify it fits snug, and the lines are good, i'll get it painted. Before that though I need a rear bumper. Hope to snag one from an XL or salvage yard.

I am hoping that re-selling my chrome units will reimburse me well on those bumper purchases. And RickyBobby I still have not forgotten you have dibs on the fogs

Overall, I would say, late May.. Should be.

I'm trying man. Tell my work to pay me more . I feel irresponsible doing this stuff to the truck lately with the high gas prices and such, but I try to let it past when it isn't too expensive. Its not wheels and tires and I work hard, could say that I deserve a personal gift to myself.

I will also need to buy fog lamps + shrouds and brackets. And I will want a set of 6000k HIDs for them also. Damn this is not cheap.

I'm about to buy speakers for the truck.. since mine are blown. But I REALLY want a Roush grille (Chrome over Plastic) and I found a site with them for $150 shipped.. but I just don't have the funds YET!

I installed the new handles and caps last night, along with giving it its first hand wash since early October '10. looks fantastic! I'll post the pics tomorrow from yesterday. I was too exhausted last night. Poor excuse I know
