Hell Yes, I want that TBI motor. I have just the ride for it. Gimme directions and I'll come pick it up. Do I need to bring a hoist or you got one???

That's awesome. That would be a loss if it went to the scrap yard.

I'll either use either in my 85 K10/20 or put in the 88 3/4 ton Silverado Burb that I just bought less motor and trans. It was orginally a TBI 454 and Turbo400, so it probably still has the ECM in it, and I'd just need to build the motor and get the wiring harness since the guy butchered it when he yanked the motor. Some people just don't think. Even if he wasn't gonna use it, he could pulled it and sold it, but NO, he saved all of 10-15 minutes and butchered a $200 wiring harness. DUH !!!

ok question i have been fighing the timing on this heres the deal the plugs i used were for the 97 vortec with a .60 GAP and my old distributor but to get it to run half ass i am having to run about 10 degrees of timing but its sluggish when i take of from a stop should i use a different gap on the plugs or something it runs smooth just kind of bogs when full throttle from a stop
