Don't do it!
Well the top 2 company men (Mulally and Ford Jr.) just pulled in 56.2 million and 42.4 million respectively for bonuses, so it does seem to be like the unions are asking for way more than they deserve.
It takes a skil... it takes a prof...it takes an educa.... never mind I would like to see the UAW go down in flames.

The 2 of them did not save the company from failure; they were the leaders who were in charge when they enacted the debt restructuring plan to convert debt notes. They had 4.8 billion in debt that they converted into stocks that equaled approximately 50% the total dollar amount. The workers took concessions in all aspects of their contracts with the understanding that they would get some of them back when conditions improved. With Ford giving nearly 100 million in bonuses to 2 employees I think the conditions improved. I understand that unions are not well liked here, but dumping on the ones who actually make your product and do a damn good job making them is not going to win any support.

Amen!
But I'd also like to see the people taking the 46 million dollar bonus go down in flames too. Thats like stupid money... just ridiculous.

Seems logical to reward them to me. (Again, I'm not condoning the numbers, just the act.)
They took concessions against ridiculous contracts.
We're only suggesting dropping unions, not the employees.
