I need a hobby.
Just wanted to let you know how awesome Adam's is. Not only is everything they sell made in the U.S.A., but they have amazing customer service. Combine that with the best products out there and you have a killer combo.
Using myself as an example, I've had two interactions with Adam's customer service. The first time was a year or two ago when I first started detailing. I received a bottle of VRT on accident (wasn't ordered....just showed up in the box). I originally asked them for a return box, which they set me up for. Within about ten minutes I decided I wanted it after all, so I called back and asked if they could add it to my order and deduct it from my credit card.
Well, instead of doing that they just let me keep it! Said don't worry about doing anything---just hang onto it since it was their error. Sweet!!
The second time was last week when an order came in. I had bought one of their In & Out Spray cans and tried it out this weekend. Well, the nozzle kept popping off as if it were getting pressurized. Not a huge deal, just a pain to have to pop it back on every time I lift my finger off the trigger.
Called Adam's and asked if I could ship it back in exchange for another can. They told me that a few people had the same problem, so they not only let me keep the current can, but shipped me a new one free of charge!
It's extremely difficult to find companies that are so caring for the customer as Adam's is. I don't think I'll ever do business with another detailing company.
