Kinda, the only way I can reach my engine bay is standing on something or actually sitting in it which is a total pain in the ass.

The first plug that broke was the one all the way in the back on the passenger side, under the cowl. The nut stripped off the plug leaving the plug in there. I had no way to actually get the plug out of the cylinder and by then I was just tired of messing with it. So I just let it sit in my driveway until the guy that cuts me a deal was free so I could get it to his shop. Plus I had to get my cousin to tow it there so I just had to wait for the right time and the funds to build up.

Wow, sounds like ford should've done some sort of "bring it in and we'll foot the bill" for this.

And that thread about the 611 dollar change out gets me too. If I break one plug, and then bring it to the shop to do the rest, then I pay for that plug to be removed. But if they break the remaining ones, they should eat the bill IMO.

That sucks

Yeah...but the dealer isn't going to eat the cost as they didn't design the faulty part...and Ford isn't going to eat it because they don't think there is a problem.

As with most anything now a days...the customer gets screwed in the end.
