How long?

I looked for about a week before I found mine. I was going to 5 dealerships a day after work looking at what they had. Then I found mine on Craigslist about an hour away. Took it for a 20 minute drive and brought it home.

Careful where you go. I went one place saying I wanted a F-150 and the guy kept takin me to Chevy 1500's. I'd tell him no I don't want a Chevy I want a Ford, then he'd say oh ya we have one over here. After about the 3rd time I pointed to the bowtie on the grille and said "this is a Chevy" then went to my truck and pointed to the blue oval and said "this is a Ford" and left.

SO sad how some dealerships just don't listen...

I know. It was pouring out and dark when I went there. I walked inside and asked if they had any 150's and they said they had a few. Then seemed stumped when I left because we walked around in the dark/rain for 10 mins for nothing.

We usually know exactly what we want when we go to the dealerships, so we take all the guesswork out of the game. We have even had a dealership buy the car off of another dealers lot.

Most of our wait, is waiting for the right deals to come up on the vehicles.

Took my about a month to find a black one that I could afford. You could come to Indiana and buy mine It's no FX4 but, it does have PW, PL, and if you wanted a sunroof a sawzall should do the trick

I wasnt even seriously looking for a truck but I was thinking about eventually getting one and my friend called me and told me that his friend just got a truck in at the dealership he owns and that he'd hook me up with a good deal on it.

I went and looked at it and bought it.

Before that I had only looked online a bit and at one other truck in person.
