Good Place to get an oil change ..

For my first oil change, I got it done at the dealership. I'm not gonna do that again, just cause it's a hassle. I know on these forums, I am dealing with a lot of people that change there own oil, but I am trying to get some opinions on good places to go and get my oil changed. Thanks fellas

I have been using lube stop for years

I have always changed my own oil so that way if someone screws up, then I am the only one I can blame. This way I can use the oil I want and the filter I want. Plus it is cheaper to do it yourself (no labour charges).

I always change my own oil in the truck but I leave it up to the dealer or the local Firestone service center for the Jetta. It's not worth trying to get under that little bastard!

Honestly though, for your truck, it's a 10 minute simple DIY job. Short of not knowing which way to tighten the filter and the bolt, it's almost foolproof.

I prefer my garage over the driveway. It is level and much cleaner.
