There are fanboys and idiots on every forum... even this one.
I don't know what you're talking about. :ninja:
I understand what you are saying Jim, I'm just letting ya know what is out there for swaps. I have always wanted to swap an LSx into a small light vehicle like that. From what I understand is that most of the guys use the swapped cars for autocross and road courses. If the swap made it such a bad handling vehicle, why would they purpose build them for going around curves?

I've seen tons of V8 swap cars at the autocrosses. We have been to hundreds through the years. They accelerate like mad and stand on the brakes and push like a dumptruck through the corners, then slam the throttle and come out sideways... They make a lot of racket, and I'm sure they have fun. They really think they are flying but they are rarely on the leader board at then end of the day. The same goes for most Corvette, Mustang, and Camaro drivers. Autocrosses are not won by tire smoking sideways drifting... That's all for show.

A talented driver in a Honda S2000 usually posts the best time unless there are some really well setup "prepared" class vehicles there.

Sounds like a problem somewhere between the steering wheel and the seat rather than the fenders

I'd love to have a Miata to AutoX.
