You should check out this thread Jim.

ha... even they dont like the rotary... lol.
Well... a tiny percentage of them anyway. Ignorance of the rotary is generally what makes people not like it. It's a great engine with a whopping 3 moving parts.
:rollin: I just read your post and switched over to that thread and read this.

There are fanboys and idiots on every forum... even this one.

First gen RX7s are fun little cars. Light and nimble just like a real sports car should be. It was never intended to spank ZR1 futurecars. I find it really sad that people can't seem to understand the concept of a sports car not having to have 500 HP. They are missing the real point.

Sure, a powerful car is fun at times. A real light and nimble sports car is rewarding to drive in day to day driving. This is what makes the incredibly reliable Miata so much fun.

I don't know what you're talking about. :ninja:
I understand what you are saying Jim, I'm just letting ya know what is out there for swaps. I have always wanted to swap an LSx into a small light vehicle like that. From what I understand is that most of the guys use the swapped cars for autocross and road courses. If the swap made it such a bad handling vehicle, why would they purpose build them for going around curves?
