I've been wiping and scrubbing with an acrylic compound to make them clear again(plastic). But it only lasts for about 2-3 weeks, then they are cloudy.

My wife used to have an 00 Grand Cherokee, and the headlights on it were really bad. I polished them using Mother's Mag Wheel polish after searching several forums for solutions, and was very happy with how well they turned out. Still looked good 8 months later when we got rid of it. I did my mom's Exploder with it too, and they held up well also.

Now, I need to go try it on my Fronty, I noticed they are getting a little cloudy.

I tried toothpaste, and wasn't happy with the results. It did clear them up a little, but left lots of hairline scratches. The Mother's Mag Wheel polish must have a fine enough "grit" that the scratches weren't visible.

Thanks again on the compliments.

I sanded them down with 1500 and then 2000. Hand buffed with 3M rubbing compound and finished it off with the 3M glaze.

I tried to restore my left headlight on the 300C by using Mother's Headlight Restoration kit. Failed.

You did an awesome job!
