That turned out great. Worked much better than some garbage I bought at Autozone once.

You know, I thought about runnin to AZ and getting that kit. Checked my tool box and the crates I keep all the truck detailing stuff and found all I needed so I just went for it.

Couldn't be happier! :wookie:

Good call not getting it. I'll have to look at the actual name of the stuff as a warning to everyone not to buy it.

Get all the parts from an 04 terminator Cobra, usually all over Ebay..and presto, 390 HP, a little pully swap...and you are at 450 HP...:thumbs:

I've been wiping and scrubbing with an acrylic compound to make them clear again(plastic). But it only lasts for about 2-3 weeks, then they are cloudy.

:eek: Lets see how long my method works, worst case scenario it does go cloudy...........I'll sand em down with 1500 and lay down some clearcoat. Problem solved!
Ask Gatorcrew how easy it was, he did the swap in his Supercrew...

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm............I'll have to look into that.:cheers:

It works better, or should I say last longer if you sand them down with 2000 grit and then rub that out. It takes all the old layer of plastic off. At least that is what I have found to work well.
