Absolutely love it! We have them on our work trucks and I decided to get one in black after using ours so often. I like the fact that it is low profile and really easy to get into with one hand. So if I have something in my other hand I can still get in it. My buddy's UWS you have to push down on the lid then open the latch then you can get in....eff that

It did cost me a pretty penny though: $475 powdercoated

yeah jump on that, online it was $500 :willy:

I would check to make sure it's a low profile too, the high one pretty much blocks your back glass

I was told that they were discontinuing them

Wow there's a few pennies worth of toolboxes here. I will snag a picture of mine tomorrow. I have the cheapo harbor freight stack, got the bottom, mid and top box for $129. At that price I can buy 10 of them for the price of a used snap on base.

Actually my toolbox is 22ftx24ft with 1 roll up door and 2 man doors to get in and find your tools. I never remember to put tools away when I'm done so they're scattered everywhere and the box is barely half full. Still working on outfitting the garage and spend at least half of my weekly pay check on cheap tools. Harbor freight is closer than sears and most of their hand tools have the same return policy so it's no biggy really. Only time I buy nice stuff is if the precision will really make an important difference. I also modify tools all the time and feel better about cutting and welding a 30 cent HF wrench than a $30 craftsman.

Picked it up at harbor freight, just so I have a few tools around the house.

How do you like it so far? I was thinking of grabbing one of those sets to throw in the truck just in case. I have all kinds of iron working tools in my box but very little that will be useful if the truck gets an attitude.

P.S. Rock the harbor freight, almost all of my home use tools have come from there. Spend a little more on work tools but that's a given. Have a few craftsman tools but harbor freight has the same lifetime guarantee on most of their hand tools and they seem more willing to hold up that deal.
