In the market for a newer truck...

Yes, I finally convinced myself that it's time to move up to a newer daily driver. Unfortunately, my 95 could use some help and the work is going to leave it out of commission for several days to weeks at a time. I have no plans to get rid of it though, for sentimental reasons. I'm trying to find a fairly loaded '03+ Chevy/GMC 1500 for under $19,000. I want an extended or crew cab with the 5.3L or 6.0L V8 and 4x4.

Unless he 6.0L is a Vm,ax pkg in a 2006 1500 or 2007 1500 classic, AVOID it. 3/4 ton 6.0L is NOT an economical suitable DD . Go with the 5.3 1/2 ton
