Who smokes in their truck?

I don't really mind the smell of cigs as I have one every now and again, but there is no smoking in my truck.

I never used to allow smoking in my truck, but after listening to PERSISTANT bitching and moaning from all the smokers(especially the GF on road trips) I know I allow them to if the window is ALL the way down...even at -40. If they don't like that they are more than free to just "step out" for a smoke, but I'm not gonna slow the truck down for them.
