My truck used to be white till some one primed it no its got a redneck paint cause it was starting to rust in some spots so now its green becuase that was what wal-mart had the most of

Mine is also a 99, but a GMC C3500 (not HD) and yes, it has the 6.5L High Output TD in it.

They are good trucks mine has 165xxx miles on it with a new motor, turbo, fuel system ect...
